The app isn’t recognizing my dog’s breed – If this happens, please make sure that the camera is focusing clearly on your dog’s face and that there is enough lighting. If the issue persists, try restarting the app or updating it to the latest version.
I can’t find my dog’s breed in the app – We strive to include as many breeds as possible, but if you can’t find your dog’s breed, it may be because it’s a mixed breed or a rare breed that we haven’t added yet. Please send us a message with your dog’s photo and we’ll do our best to include it in a future update.
My dog won the cutest dog contest but I haven’t received my prize – Congratulations on winning! Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process and send out the prize. If it’s been longer than 2 weeks, please contact us with your details so we can look into it.
I have a suggestion or feedback – We love to hear from our users! Please send us a message with your suggestion or feedback and we’ll do our best to incorporate it into a future update.
